General terms and conditions
Welcome to ArLiTravel. We want your journey to be smooth, safe, and worry-free.
That’s why we use clear terms and conditions — so you know exactly what to expect from us, and what we expect from you when you book a trip.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law and follow the European Directive on Package Travel (EU 2015/2302).
They explain how bookings are made, how payments and cancellations work, what your responsibilities are as a traveler, and that travel and cancellation insurance is mandatory for every participant.
We recommend reading these Terms carefully before booking your trip.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
